Volunteer chefs are asked to provide the following: One pulled/ground meat-based dish (Slider, Pulled Meat, Meatball, Stew, etc) that can provide up to 180 sample tastings for guests. For food safety, all food must be prepared offsite and served in either a slow cooker or on a hot plate.
You are responsible for providing the food you will serve, along with your own slow cooker/hot plate. We will provide electrical power, utensils and plates/bowls.
