The LA Rebellion practice Monday and Wednesday nights. Our practices are open to all players, regardless of experience, fitness level, etc.

A note on RAIN: LA parks won’t let us play when it’s too rainy because they’re concerned we’d ruin their field.  This decision comes from them, and we have to respect it. Check the website when it rains for practice status
